WICH WOLF R U FEEDING???
" One evening a Cherokee elder told his grandson about the battle
that goes on inside of people. He said, "My son, the battle is
between the two 'wolves' that live inside us all. One is
Unhappiness. It is fear, worry, anger, jealousy, sorrow, self-pity,
resentment, and inferiority. The other is Happiness. It is joy, love,
hope, serenity, kindness, generosity, truth, and compassion."The
grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you
feed." ~ Marci Shimoff from Happy for No Reason

YOUR DAYS DEFINE YOUR LIFE!!!
CHAPTER 5 YOUR DAYS DEFINE YOUR LIFE!!!
Big idea: Your days are your life in miniature. As you live your hours, so you create your years. As you live your days, so you craft your life. What you do today is actually creating your future. The words you speak, the thoughts you think, the food you eat and the actions you take are defining your destiny-shaping who you are becoming and what your life will stand for. Small choices lead to giant consequences-overtime. There's no such thing as an unimportant day.
That remains so true, as Robin presents in this chapter, every little action today it will count tomorrow towards to our greatness, its not easy to acquire a new good habit, its not easy to start a new excercise program to get a great health, its not easy but every little decision we make day by day will make a big difference overtime. Great book has a lot of wisdom in it, FIVE STARS ...

WISDOM FROM THE MONK...

great ideas coming from this book, how the author, Robin Sharma take
us to the life of Julian Mantle a lawyer with a great future, been so
popular on the law field with a lot of financial resources a bright
future, on the top of his career, but completely unhappy, why???
Because the material things couldn't fill the emptiness of his soul,
he got a call from his body, he was so much into his career,
forgetting what it is really important, his health, he got a heart
attack, but he saw a golden opportunity on this calamity, he left the
firm he was working with, he sold all his material commodities and
through himself into a journey to find the fire again missing from his
soul to feel the purpouse and fullfillment again in his life.... This
one it's a great book highly recommend it, has a lot of wisdom in it!!!
